I have celiac but I am not advised to cut oats out of my diet, strangely, and I never have constipation. It may just be me, but I think it would be a smart decision to get a blood test or a biopsy to check. So many people don't realize they have this intolerance. If taking oats out of your diet helped that much, I think switching to a gluten- free diet would be a really smart decision. But again, I say you should get it checked out. My health improved dramatically as soon as I switched.
