Baby Name Leilani?? Your Thoughts?

Right so my sister wants to name her daughter Leilani however she has had mixed views as he isn't Hawaiian (sp) or mixed her and her partner are both black. She loved the name Laila Imani however our very close cousin named his daughter this so Leilani is very close to her originally pick. It also has a beautiful meaning, so my question is do you think this name is suitable for babies who are not of mixed origin? She also likes Mya Leilani and Eva Leilani. Help me help her out. TIA
