Connects Recruitment Agency SDN Bhd - is this Scam Consultancy ?

I could not reach the HR executive of that consultancy by phone or location, who did online interview for a long hours and they said as I m selected and asking me to pay 1xxx dollars for further process to deploy me in their Australia's client. and there is only mobile number in place of Contacts, which is always not in available to reach the person. the email ID of the HR looks, that 's created at xxxxx@asia.com. You can see many at bestjobindia.com or bestjobsindonesia.com. Kindly share your advise, if this is correct one or wrong.. My advance thanks
