Ideas on how to not have my cat accidentally fall?

get some velcro put some on the edges of a screen and some on the outline of the window, but if the cat was to fall from the window she most likely would be ok because that would give her time to turn around, and it is not to far that she would have a sirious ingery or any ingery at all
