What Mascara should I wear to a wedding? And also what colour lips and what colour eye shadow?

I am going to my brothers wedding, I want to look amazing! I am having individual lash inserts put in before the wedding but I need some mascara anyway! My dress is white, long and I am wearing black heels and I have accessorized with a black bag. What make up look should I go for? What colour eye shadow? what colour lips? red maybe? Please help me, all opinions welcome! Thankyou guys!xxxxx
