I work in a Deli in New York, and we have a number of Spanish Speaking customers. I can speak semi-fluently, but have never really come across certain terms. Would any native spanish speakers be able to tell me how to say "I would like a Half of a pound", "did you (pl, inf) say two thirds of a pound" and "Roast beef"? Can i eat normally and still get results with P90X?

I have an average body type and i've decided to do P90X to get in shape over the summer. I eat like a normal teenager, occasional Chickfila here and there, Outback with the family getting me a nice ol' steak and maybe a cookie or two when my sister bakes. Most the time i eat whatever my mom cooks which is like stir fry beef, spaghetti, potatoes and baked chicken, etc. I also drink sodas, but of course I can cut that down to mostly water. Can I get results with P90X with my current diet? I'm not looking to get to bodybuilder status, just get a little more healthier and add some muscle before go to college (currently a senior in HS).

How can i balance my handstand?

You have to squeeze your butt, and legs the most. Also, as my coaches say everyday in warm ups, cover your ears! Which means have your arms right by your ears. Your hands should be shoulder width apart and you have to practice them every day! Another thing is most people look at their hands or the floor when in a handstand. Which is not the proper form to have when doing a handstand. You have to keep your head in and look at something infront of you while squeezing your butt and your legs and squeezing your ears! Walls can be helpful but only if you have your stomach and feet to the wall. (most tend to put their back to the wall). Try that method and hold it for a mintue, they can be brutal at first but it'll get easier if you do them every day! Good luck(:

Can you eat molded beef jerky?

Basically my mother makes her own beef jerky. She marinates the slices of beef then leaves it out in the sun for it to dry. I use to eat these a lot before watching the process. Recently I saw that the beef were starting to mold which completely disgusted me therefore, stopped me from eating them since. Of course, I pointed this out to my mom and she insists that it's ok. She eats them pretty often and what she does is she cooks it in the oven or fry them in a skillet. And I've never seen her get sick from it. But the thought of mold just makes my stomach turn. My question is, is this abnormal? Can you get sick from this?

Help with tofu recipe please?

We got some tofu the other day so I tried to make some tofu stirfry... I made some really good tofu stirfry a couple of months ago but I forgot to save the recipe! so I spent forever looking for another recipe. I finally found one that looked okay, but when I made it the tofu was WAY too salty. It said to marinate the tofu in soy sauce and garlic, and I cooked veggies seperately (broccoli, mushrooms, peas, onions). I tried the tofu and it was WAY too salty and marinating it made it look really unappetizing (it looked like beef chunks; I'm a vegetarian and I never was a fan of beef before) I put it in with the veggies hoping they'd dilute the salty taste or something, but I ending up taking it out and storing it in the fridge because it was just wayyyyy too salty to eat. Is there any way to make it taste less salty? Oh, and does anyone have any tried and true good recipes using tofu?

The diarrhea is because of the change in her diet. It wasn't a gradual switch. So if it persists you need to put her on a special home diet of cooked chicken and rice or ground beef with elbows and feed 3 small servings a day for a few days and then gradually add her regular food to this mixture. I don't know the size of your dog so give her enough to satisfy her but not too much.

For pale skin you should use a medium to dark (is what i use) but a light to medium is better, st Moritz is good i use it myself but i seam to feel that it washes off a but too much when i have a bath. another good tanning lotion is gradual dove tanner, but i use it by putting a few coats on. to get the best result exfoliate before you tan, and apply moisturizer on areas like elbows, face & knees, and always wear gloves, and when tanning hands apply more moisturiser with the tan to make sure the tan dosent go orange. :) Good Luck

I have celiac but I am not advised to cut oats out of my diet, strangely, and I never have constipation. It may just be me, but I think it would be a smart decision to get a blood test or a biopsy to check. So many people don't realize they have this intolerance. If taking oats out of your diet helped that much, I think switching to a gluten- free diet would be a really smart decision. But again, I say you should get it checked out. My health improved dramatically as soon as I switched.

Hi everyone.I have a mini lop bunny and i was told when i bought it that it's a girl but now im thinking my little Maycey might be a Mayson. Help. I have made beef empanadas before but never chicken. After some research on-line I've found a ton of recipes with too many ingredients and they all seem to call for hard boiled eggs. Hi I just moved into a new place w/ a roomate. I love to cook but we don't have a working oven. I know how to dredge and fry porkchops, thin chicken, and of course beef on the stove top, but those three choices are getting old quickly. What other options/ways of cooking meat stovetop are there? Can I do thicker cuts of chicken like legs, hind-quarters, or turkey wings? How about ribs? Any advice or even recipes would be much appreciated, thanks!

My fringe has grown out of shape :'(?

about a month ago I went to the hairdressers and I got my hair layered and got my fringe so it would sweep across my forehead and looked neat and layered and sort of jagged. Now whenever I try to sweep it across it seperates and just goes downwards past my eyes ( and its all long) its so annoying !!!!! Its like I dont have a fringe anymore and all my hair has come forward to make a sort of fringe which looks crappy :'( :'( :'( Any ideas of how to reshape it back to how it was cut? xxxxx

At your age it's also very important to keep things sensible, as your developing still hormonally, and can mess that up for life if you push yourself to hard, so don't be in a rush, you will see slow and steady will get you there!

How do i lose fat from my glutes?

Im a 19 year old male and its kind of embarrassing for me to have fat on my glutes, and the rest of my body theres hardly any fat. I walk to work everyday about a mile away and im trying to watch what i eat but sometimes i slip because i have nothing else to eat and i just eat whatever my mother buys. I eat beef jerky everyday at work and that's it at work. I do sit ups everyday, push ups with weights, glute exercises as-well but it seems like the rest of my body is in decent shape but all the fat seems to go to my glutes and thighs and i hate that. I do jump-ropes on days im off but it still seems like im getting no where. Theres no fat on my arms, no fat on my calf's and a little fat on my stomach but most fat seems to go to my *** and thighs and i cant seem to make it go away. This is so annoying and im becoming self conscious about it and it makes me feel uncomfortable because i know my associates and others notice as-well. How do I make a proper American style beef burger?

You may regret it when your older, plus it leaves a hole there, which looks kinda gross. Wait until your 16 or 18 so you can decide properly for yourself, without any peer pressure or anything. And your mum is right, they do look trashy, plus you have to have a completley flat stomach at all times, which trust me, gets harder as you get older, and you cant wear any fitted tops cos it can poke through....so do what you want, but i personally think that you should wait a couple more years so that you can think for yourself.

When Kaylie and the girl went downstairs Mya noticed that Kaylie sounded and acted drunk. She got scared so she called their older brother to come pick them up. After awhile, she lost track of Kaylie and the other girl. It turns out that at about 8:30pm the one girl and Kaylie went outside to the one girl's car. Kaylie had passed out so the other girl just started driving. About 3 blocks away from the party they had crashed into a tree with the car. They were rushed to the hospital. Dodge cummings drivetrain issue?

Ok well my friend has a Dodge cummings diesle truck I'd say like mid 90's not the old style but not the new style. The style that had all the tranny issues. Here is my question he's got a bunch of upgrades to the truck it makes I believe 600hp and like 900lbs of tourqe. He runs a 3:55 gear in it and I would think that this gear is not right..shouldnt it be no less then 3:73's? He has gone through a bunch of tranny rebuilds and just yesterday blew his rear end. What is casuing his problems? I think he's making to much tourqe for the drivetrain to handle and when you make that much tourqe you can exspect to break **** all the time...unless you go aftermarket and beef the **** out of it.

This is how I feel. I think the way your family is choosing to live is not what your sister wants. Based on what you have written, I take it your family is very strict and very strict about religion probably, and that may not be what your sister wants, so maybe you and your family should take this into consideration and have a serious talk about giving her more freedom because it doesn't matter what your parents do to instill their beliefs in her; she is going to turn out the way she is and there is nothing they can do about that, so there is no sense in doing all this fighting. The fact that the avian dinosaurs are still here may or may not be interesting to you. If the non-avians did survive to the present day (or close to it), the world would be a very different place. One could make the argument that their extinction was the factor that released the mammals to radiate into the dinosaurian niches. Without that mammalian radiation and wild-eyed evolution, it seems awfully unlikely that we would be here discussing the question..

How come people don't sell the meat of an animal, that died of natural causes?

If the animal dies before slaughter they destroy it they don't sell it because if it made people sick they could go to jail and lose everything they own. The USDA watches for these types of abuses but it just would not be ethical for them to do this. Lets say it died from some form of Cancer it is possible to pass this on to humans so when butchers are cutting up an Animal if they see something bad they dispose of it and report it to the USDA. The USDA inspects the meat and grades them they are also tested for chemical additives that could be harmful. You can look it up at the USDA web site and wikipedia as well for more information.

Why do people eat at Mc'Donalds?

It is disgusting, they claim that their beef is 100%, which is'nt true, most of the beef is usually cow lips or scraped up organs, Mc'Donald's owns there own tape worm farm! That is disgusting. Ok so this guy I'm friends with online (ps3) added me on Facebook. He lives in a different country and I don't even talk to him or know him in person just online.. I'm not sure what class you mean by a pony club class - but if it's hack I would more DEFINITELY plait up.
