Damaged hair ?! xxx :( xxx?

Will just putting conditioner for damaged hair on you hair overnight once a week work aswell as a treatment because i cant afford to go out and buy hair masks and stuff....because at the moment im using tesco cocnut hair conditioner and herbal essences shampoo especially for damaged hair..sooo would using the tesco coconut conditioner work if i put it on my hair over night once or twice a week... and if not what would be the cheapest treatment i can get that would work weelll.. :( xxx and can you answer my other question..a href="http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AkKGm2.Onwlo6J3ZHpNa5czty6IX;_ylv=3?qid=20110619042138AAU5lBs"http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…/a Thank you xxxxx
