Belly button piercing at 13 without parental consent? HELP!! :'(?

I wanna get my belly button pierced too I'm 15 but my mom won't really let me have it. I think its cute and NOT trashy, if I was you I wouldn't rebel against what she told you not to do because if she finds out/sees it she probably won't trust you again. Just wait til you're about my age or older then ask her again :)
