How can i balance my handstand?

You have to squeeze your butt, and legs the most. Also, as my coaches say everyday in warm ups, cover your ears! Which means have your arms right by your ears. Your hands should be shoulder width apart and you have to practice them every day! Another thing is most people look at their hands or the floor when in a handstand. Which is not the proper form to have when doing a handstand. You have to keep your head in and look at something infront of you while squeezing your butt and your legs and squeezing your ears! Walls can be helpful but only if you have your stomach and feet to the wall. (most tend to put their back to the wall). Try that method and hold it for a mintue, they can be brutal at first but it'll get easier if you do them every day! Good luck(:
