How do you download things straight to the memory card on the nokia 5230?

Hi!!Can someone please help me!!I recently got the nokia 5230 and a memory card.Unfortunately anytime I try and put a song or anything on it it just goes into the phone memory.Now my phone memory is nearly full!!Please tell me step by step instructions on how to put things on the memory card.iTunes or windows please!!Thanks!!XXXXX
